01

Priced well below paying cash

The prepaid lease is structured to cost significantly less than buying a system outright with cash.

02

Finance it through Travis Credit Union

Cannot pay a lump sum? You do not have to. Finance the upfront payment through Travis Credit Union.

03

You own it at year 6

The system is yours outright with a buyout at year 6. This is a path to ownership, not endless payments.

04

No credit check, no lien

No FICO check to qualify and no lien placed on your home. Fully transferable if you sell.

II The questions everyone asks

Straight answers, no pushy sales.

Yes. You do not need cash sitting on the table. The upfront payment can be financed through Travis Credit Union, so you can start on prepaid solar without writing one big check. Your North Valley Solar Power advisor walks you through it.
You own it. The prepaid lease includes a buyout at year 6, at which point the system is yours outright. This is designed as a path to ownership, not a payment you carry for decades.
No and no. There is no credit check and no FICO requirement to qualify, and no lien is placed on your home. Your property stays clean and clear.
It moves with the home. The prepaid lease is fully transferable to the buyer with no underwriting, so selling is simple. Many buyers see an existing solar system as a plus.
The 30% federal homeowner credit ended at the close of 2025. That is real. But your PG&E bill keeps climbing regardless. Prepaid solar is the new way to still go solar and still save, without depending on a credit that no longer exists.
III Built around your home

Solar. Battery. Or both.

The prepaid lease works whether you want panels, panels plus a home battery, or a battery on its own. North Valley Solar Power designs the configuration around how you actually use power.

High efficiency solar panels
Option One

Solar only

A rooftop panel system sized to your usage, offsetting the PG&E bill that keeps rising.

Solar panels paired with a home battery system
Option Two

Solar plus battery

Panels paired with a home battery, so your own power is there when the grid is not.

Home battery storage unit
Option Three

Battery only

Already have solar, or want backup first? A standalone battery stores power for when it counts.
